Senior Russian Speaking Bookkeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION

GRS are representing a growing Corporate Services company in Limassol who are seeking for a Russian Speaking Bookkeeper to join their expanding team. Our client offers a variety of services and is also a regulated ASP. The successful candidate will have excellent working knowledge of the 1C Accounting package and a solid background within a similar role.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Allocating and posting financial transaction details to subsidiary books
  • Transferring data to general ledger
  • Reconciling and balancing all accounts
  • Assemble financial statements
  • Collate and analyse account data and generate financial reports
  • Track and maintain inventory records
  • Maintain internal control systems
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and processing payments
  • Arrange and process payroll
  • Calculate and prepare tax payments
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Supporting with audits
  • Maintain complete filing system to support financial records

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Excellent and clear knowledge of bookkeeping practices
  • Solid experience accounting principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis
  • Educated to degree level or the equivalent in accounting, finance or business would be considered an advantage.
