Knowledge and Experience:
  • At least a college degree in a relevant topic (web design, web admin, business, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of the website building system “WordPress”
  • Experience with posting and sharing on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) (will be considered as an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of English (speaking and writing)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update of an educational website (e.g. upload courses, create pages, create categories, create accounts, manage the integrated payment system, change the design, manage comments, post articles, add the courses on the payment system, export records, review website analytics, etc)
  • Manage social media (e.g. create accounts on social media, posting on social media, create advertisements on social media, etc)
  • Sending newsletters (e.g. through the integrated newsletter platform and through regular emails)
  • Solving any issues relevant with the users of the website (e.g. reply on emails about users asking information, issues with users’ account, etc)
  • Find instructors and communicate with them through emails and telephone. (e.g. search internet to find possible instructors, communicate with them, support in case of any issue with instructor’s account)
  • Create documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
