Job Description:

  • Corporate Administration matters:
  • Performs incorporation and administration of Cyprus and foreign jurisdiction companies,
  • Communicates with the Registrar of Companies, agents, lawyers, and other institutions for the incorporation of companies,
  • Maintains all corporate records, amends corporate documentation upon organisational changes and files relevant changes with Registrar of Companies and agents,
  • Liaises with the Banking Administrators for the opening of bank accounts and handling of client companies’ banking matters,
  • Follows procedures for the issuing of corporate certificates, trust deeds, Power of Attorneys, engagement letters, incumbency certificates, drafting of board resolutions etc.,
  • Arranges for documents to be certified and/or apostilled,
  • Assists with application forms and licenses required by Regulators in line with prevailing legislations,
  • Signs various corporate documents such contracts, agreements, financial statements, etc.,
  • Follows procedures for restoration, re-domiciliation, strike-off, liquidation or dissolution of companies for all jurisdictions, as well as procedures for lost clients,
  • Provides general ongoing corporate support services upon request, including making arrangement for visa invitations and liaises with relevant parties,
  • Arranges dispatching of original documents upon client’s request via local and international couriers,
  • Communicates with clients and effectively responds to requests and inquiries.
  • Compliance-related matters
  • In cooperation with the Banking Subject Matter Expert, conducts effectively and on time all compliance-related procedures, including client KYC and AML checks ducted as per the relevant procedures,
  • Updates the software and all relevant back data folders accordingly in order to ensure that all client information stored is correct and up to date,
  • Handles compliance reviews and updates from foreign agents,
  • In cooperation with the Banking Subject Matter Expert, assists in the annual reviews of clients conducted by Banks through the collection and submission of the required information and documentation.
  • Invoicing and settlement
  • Issues invoices for the provision of corporate administration services, forwards to clients and follows up as deem appropriate for receiving payment,
  • Follows relevant procedures in case of delayed settlement of invoices from clients in order to ensure the receipt of payment.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Law or relevant field will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience as a corporate administrator will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian, English and Greek will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Positive and professional approach
  • Highly attentive to detail
