Responsibilities:

– administration of office supplies;
– assistance with general inquiries;
– administration of document flow (assistance with scanning);
– arrangement of deliveries (DHL, FedEX, ACS etc.);
– communication with clients, counterparties, etc;
– meeting visitors at the office;
– collection of the documents from the post office.

Requirements:

– good communication skills in English (Russian is an advantage);
– high level of responsibility;
– flexibility.
