In line with their continual and steady growth as a dynamic investment management company in Limassol, our Client is seeking to hire an equally dynamic and experienced Russian-Speaking Personal Assistant to support their line manager in their day to day administrative tasks and act as a direct liaison between the manager and the company’s clients. Our Client invests heavily in maintaining a harmonious and collaborative culture in the workplace, making this role an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA who demonstrates professionality, presentability and positivity at all times.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Translations as/when needed

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • University/College Degree in Law and/or Economics or related areas would be an advantage
  • Organised, efficient and reliable
  • Experienced at taking minutes, organising meetings and maintaining diary management
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent Russian and English with excellent verbal and written skills is a must
  • Proficiency in Greek would be a significant advantage
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar role
