Head of Retail Operations

An international grocery store chain operating in 5 countries is looking for a strong retail manager in Cyprus who enjoys hands-on retail work.

Responsibilities:

• daily operational management and personal visits to all 13 stores in 4 cities across Cyprus
• achieving sales targets and increasing profitability
• control of stock, merchandising and assortment
• communication with suppliers and contractors
• participation in opening new store locations

Requirements:

• experience managing several stores or a retail chain (experience in food retail / horeca will be a plus)
• ability to make decisions quickly and achieve results
• strong organizational and leadership skills
• driving license and confident driving skills
