Middle Officer

Responsibilities:
• Operational Control: Monitor trade execution, reconcile data between trading systems, identify and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Analysis and Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of trading operations, identify bottlenecks, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
• Counterparty Communication: Liaise with brokers, banks, clearing, and depository institutions to ensure seamless settlement processes.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare internal and external reports, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Internal System Support and Development: Work with trading and accounting systems, test new solutions, and participate in system integrations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Front and Back Office, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a brokerage, investment, or financial company.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, settlements, and clearing processes.
• Fluency in English and Russian (Greek is a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, trading, and accounting systems; familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms is an advantage.
