Reception & Transmission Officer – Dealing Room

The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Manage the function of the Reception and Transmission of orders. Monitoring the operation of trading platforms with regards to reception, transmission, and execution of client’s orders.
• Implementing operational procedures and ensuring that all procedures and internal controls are followed.
• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms
• Responding, investigating, and resolving various incidents related to the systems
• Prepare reports requested from Management
• Keeping up to date with financial markets
• Prepare best execution related reports

Preferable Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in Mathematics/Finance/ Economics or any other related subject
• Holder of CySEC Basic or advanced certificate is a must
• Experience with CFDs is a must
• Experience/Knowledge with MT5 manager & client terminal is a must
• Experience with ParagonEX platform will be an advantage
• Knowledge of MIFIR/EMIR reporting will be an advantage
• Deep and thorough knowledge and understanding of financial markets
• Full understanding of fundamental and technical analysis

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Organized, with attention to detail
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to take on responsibilities and be team oriented
• Computer literate
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• EU Citizen or a legal work permit
• Currently living in Cyprus
