1. How would you describe your industry’s job market in Cyprus?

As the Fintech industry is developing very quickly, there’s a lot of competition to recruit the best talent, so that’s a constant challenge.  Exness is one of the leading companies with high standards for hiring in this industry, so a lot of professionals who start working here already have an interest in us.

2. What are the most requested specialists and the ones in short supply in your industry?

3. What type of difficulties do you meet during the recruiting process?

Exness is a company which is growing very fast, we always have a lot of new ideas, projects, ambitious goals and areas for development. Recruitment plays a vital role because to do this, we need to attract and hire the most unique candidates. 

In order to avoid difficulties in recruiting we always use innovative approaches, adopt new tools and look for talent in different markets and offer the best employment conditions. 

4. Are there enough Cyprus based candidates to fill Exness positions or do you need to hunt abroad?

Exness is an international company which has no limits or borders. For us the most important thing is to find the right candidate, so if we cannot recruit locally, we extend our search to other countries and offer relocation packages to successful candidates. We find and bring the best candidates from any part of the world. 

5. What does a CV need to look like to get your attention?

A CV is like a business card but for a person. It should be accurate, clear and structured, containing all the relevant experience and requirements. It also needs to include all the candidate’s strengths and main professional achievements.

We also appreciate when we receive a cover letter, where they explain why he/she is suitable for the role and how they can prove their worth in making Exness a better company.

6. What are the main qualities you look for in a candidate?

First of all we are looking for strong professionals who have the potential to grow within the company, who are always thirsty for knowledge, work with passion and take ownership for personal  development.
