Our team is currently expanding, and we are currently looking to hire an Account Manager for the German Desk for our offices in Limassol.
Your Role will entail:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients
- Assist clients with queries regarding registration
- Assist clients with deposits
- Achieve sales targets on a consistent basis
- Maximize sales activity
- Actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Present company’s products in a professional and effective manner
- Fluency in German and English languages both verbal and written is mandatory
- Experience within the Fintech industry is desirable but not mandatory
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
